Brad Pitt spoke with LAPD over family incident

Brad Pitt is under investigation for allegedly verbally and physically abusing his kids on a flight just days before Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt and moved for full physical custody of the couple's six children, according to TMZ.
The FBI confirmed that they are evaluating the child abuse allegations levied against actor Brad Pitt, Thursday.
The outlet reported that the private plane incident happened September 14, just a few days before Jolie filed divorce documents citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of their breakup.
According to the latest report by TMZ, the Fight Club actor is preparing to file a law suit for the joint physical custody of his 6 children.

The 22-year-old has established himself among the club's key players in his two seasons and also become a regular in the England team.
Jolie, 41, and Pitt, 52, known collectively as Brangelina, married in 2014 after 10 years together. A source told Us Weekly that there's video of the incident, recorded when the jet stopped to refuel in Minnesota, saying, "Brad is seen yelling a lot during it, but nothing physical". A report by TMZ claims Pitt "lunged" at one of his children and "connected in some fashion with his son". Says one source, "He has always worked hard to be a good father and wants to do whatever is best for his family".
News of Pitt and Jolie's split was announced Tuesday.
That said, DCFS has a broad scope in their work, and can use the incident to talk to the kids, Brad, and Angelina about their overall living situation and parenting techniques - so perhaps something may soon come of that.
The source added that Pitt was, as previously alleged, "drunk" - and that Maddox "got in [his] face" while trying to defend his mother when the tussle occurred. Pitt reportedly became "wasted" on the flight and started "screaming", and continued ranting when it landed. "I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time".
As per a media portal, the top Beverly Hills attorney will join Pitt's Hollywood lawyer Alan Hergott to do battle with Jolie and her legal representative Laura Wasser (she represented Johnny Depp in Amber Heard's divorce case), in what could be a very messy divorce.
