In The Accountant, that means deliberately and awkwardly setting up Affleck's character with the equally odd woman played by Anna Kendrick.
When we are so used to seeing the silent killer types (see John Wick or Jason Bourne) execute their assignments with gripping results, it's quite refreshing to have a more complex character to give us more to invest in.
