Investigators said the man has dementia, but Fultz's attorney said the resident could have told her to stop but didn't.
Another employee at The Commons of Providence in Sandusky recorded Brittany L. Fultz, 26, making a lewd advance toward the male resident, police Detective Anthony Bath told the Sandusky Register.
In the cell phone video, taken at the Commons of Providence facility, Fultz is heard suggesting explicit ideas to the elderly man, along with touching his thighs, pulling her trousers down and at one point even straddling the hundred year old man's leg. Soon after receiving the video, police in Sandusky, Ohio, started an investigation and arrested Fultz last week.
Police said the caretaker who recorded Fultz later showed the video to a supervisor, who reported it to police this month. She is heard later in the video asking the man, "You going to buy me some?".
'It's disturbing. She is touching him. They added she also flashed her breasts and upper part of her buttocks.
Julius Thomas has been traded to the Miami Dolphins
Albert will be in Jacksonville on Monday to meet with the Jaguars and help facilitate the trade, according to Rapoport. The Jaguars haven't seen much return on their investment as Thomas has just nine endzone grab over two seasons.
"He has no way to defend himself because he's a 100 years old and diagnosed with dementia".
Staci Lehmkuhl, executive director of The Commons of Providence, said: "The employee was placed on administrative leave and has since been terminated".
Fultz was released on bond the same day she was arrested and is awaiting another court appearance for her lewd actions.
The director of the assisted living center said Fultz, of Marblehead, was sacked and the other caretaker also no longer works at the facility.
She is now free on bond.
