The Tundra TRD Sport starts with either a 4x4 or 4x2 CrewMax or Double Cab configuration. Like the Tundra, it will feature Bilstein shocks and special TRD sway bars.
Inside, the Toyota RAV4 Adventure gets a leather-wrapped shift knob, Adventure doorsill protectors, all-weather mats with the Adventure logo and unique interior trim pieces. Looking more rugged and ready for an adventure, the special trim model gets a plethora of exterior upgrades, along with several interior add-ons.
All those features are bundled under what the automaker calls Toyota Safety Sense-Plus, or TSS-P, and it's the same tech Toyota made standard on nearly all of its lineup for 2017.

Part of a full redesign for the 2018 model year the Tundra TRD Sport has Toyota's signature Safety Sense advanced safety package, which includes pre-collision alerts, lane departure warnings and dynamic cruise control.
TRD Sport badging can be found inside and out, from the tail to the shift knob. The new Sequoia TRD offers that chance. It'll stand out a bit from its siblings with its own 20-inch wheel design and a front grille and bumper look seemingly inspired by the Toyota Highlander. Additional colors include: Super White, Magnetic Gray Metallic, Silver Sky Metallic, Blizzard Pearl, and Sizzling Crimson. Five exterior colors are available. This includes an upgraded radiator, transmission fluid coolers, supplemental engine oil, and a suspension system with higher ride height. The RAV4 Adventure will come with front wheel drive and a limited slip differential, or with intelligent all-wheel drive for pushing torque to the axle most in need of grip. That crown jewel is a cold-weather package that will allow you to enjoy in the heated steering wheel and heated front seats along with a windshield wiper deicer.
The 2018 RAV4 Adventure grade along with the Tundra and Sequoia TRD Sport grades will begin arriving in dealer showrooms in September.
