President Donald Trump signed an executive order Tuesday that will make it more hard for American companies to hire foreign workers, APA reports quoting Anadolu agency. Two senior Trump administration officials who briefed reporters at the White House said Trump will also use the "buy American and hire American" order to seek changes in government procurement practices to increase the purchase of American products in federal contracts.
"With this action we are sending a powerful signal to the world that were going to defend our workers, protect our jobs and finally put America first", President Trump said at the Snap-On factory in Kenosha. "So they've said before and they said again after [Tuesday's] executive order that they're doubling-down on training and they're trying to find American talent, but not having enough luck".

According to a few United States reports, a larger part of the H-1B visas each year is gotten by Indian IT experts. "They should be given to the most skilled and highest paid applicants, and they should never, ever be used to replace Americans". India's National Association of Software and Services even told the Times that the H-1B visa program only exists because the U.S. is constantly short on high-skilled IT talent. Indian nationals are now the highest number of applicants. Indian IT giants like TCS, Infosys and Wipro are among the major beneficiaries of H-1B visas.
