Constand broke her long silence on Tuesday in court with a graphic account of the night she was allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby.
Constand, a 44-year-old massage therapist from Toronto told the Montgomery County Courthouse in Pennsylvania she met Cosby in 2002 while working for the women's basketball team at Temple University in Philadelphia and continued socializing after that.

"I don't know what that means", Ms Constand said.
She also stated that she feared what Cosby might do if she came forward with her accusations.
The encounter in question also happened at Cosby's home. "I also testified earlier that I was also really nervous and I wasn't able to recall every particular moment that I had seen Mr. Cosby". Prosecutors played a recording of the call, in which Cosby offered to pay for Constand's education. She testified in graphic detail about the evening in 2004, when she claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her.
When she asked if they were herbal, he nodded, she told jurors.
Constand claimed that Cosby made inappropriate advances toward her twice before the alleged assault. Constand claims that Cosby became her mentor and invited her into his home on multiple occasions. "I said, 'What are they?"
"I feel you're testing my memory about irrelevant things", she said.
In one of America's biggest celebrity trials in years, the disgraced 79-year-old megastar faces three counts of aggravated indecent assault, which each carry a maximum sentence of 10 years in jail and a $25,000 fine.
"If I went to the police, I thought Mr. Cosby would retaliate and try to hurt me", she replied.
"As an advocate for women and with my nonprofit the Kamp Kizzy Foundation, which is all about empowerment, self esteem for girls, I don't take these charges lightly". His own words in the deposition were cited as new evidence by District Attorney Kevin Steele in charging him, a few weeks before the state's statute of limitations would expire.
