She added, "What it's done under Obamacare, it's expanded the Medicaid pool of people who, quote, qualified beyond that".
Conway said those who became a recipient of Medicaid through the Obamacare expansion are "grandfathered in".
Apparently nobody has told Conway that the majority of able-bodied adults on Medicaid already have jobs.
So if you have an able-bodied American, who again is not poor, sick, needy - we're not talking about the elderly who benefit, the children, the pregnant women, the disabled - if you're able-bodied and you would like to go and find employment and have employer-sponsored benefits, then you should be able to do that.

Trump in a pair of tweets on Thursday wrote: "With all of the recently reported electronic surveillance, intercepts, unmasking and illegal leaking of information, I have no idea whether there are "tapes" or recordings of my conversations with James Comey, but I did not make, and do not have, any such recordings".
"I respectfully disagree with her analysis", Collins said.
The non partisan Congressional Budget Office estimated that the House version of the bill would cut Medicaid spending by $880 billion, which President Donald Trump accounted for in his budget.
