The security officers injured include a Russian National Guard member, who sustained a gunshot wound and was taken to hospital, and two police officers, who sustained various injuries, according to the ministry.
Three defendants have been shot dead after reportedly trying to grab guns from guards during a trial at Moscow Regional Court. Three of the assailants were killed and the two others were wounded and recaptured, officials said.

The men on trial are accused of terrorising Moscow motorists for months in 2014.

A correspondent from Rossiya 24 state television reported that the defendants took the opportunity to attack when the lift got stuck between floors, adding that they severely beat up a female convoy guard for 15 minutes.

The gang supposedly gained its name as the members attacked vehicle owners on highways copying the popular Grand Theft Auto game franchise.
Prosecutors say the suspects would lay down road spikes and kill the drivers once they stopped.
The nine men, all from Central Asia, are charged with 17 murders and two attempted murders.
A lawyer at the court, Sofya Rubasskaya, said: "I heard shots, there were more than 20 shots".
