Just group them through the company'sAlexa app, and you'll be able to playback music through multiple speakers at once, without having to set up a complicated system. And, if you can't remember the name of a song, just prompt Alexa with its lyrics, or the artist's name.
Long expected and highly anticipated, Amazon today announced that its flagship Echo devices now support synchronized music playback. This means you can now pump the jams from one Echo device, or a group of them, using simple voice controls.
Amazon has finally added multi-room audio support to its Echo devices, allowing users to simultaneously stream music over multiple speakers in their homes. Also, you can't use the Echo Dot's Bluetooth connection with this feature, so you'll have to plug a speaker into its 3.5-mm jack instead.
Both the AVS Multi-Room SDK and Connected Speakers API are available starting today in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. Whether such an offering would arrive as yet another member in the growing Amazon family or replace the Echo altogether remains to be seen.

The tools will be released sometime in early 2018.
