The IDF said that it viewed the entry into Syria as a "serious security violation", and that soldiers had entered Syria in order to bring the Israeli Druze back.

The assault began when a suicide vehicle bomb attacked the outskirts of the village, Syrian state media said.
The vehicle bomb hit the outskirts of the village of Hader, which lies near the disengagement line that divides the Syrian-controlled part of the Golan from the area occupied by Israel, the regime's SANA news agency stated.
Hader, a town just inside Syrian territory, is reportedly being targeted by the Nusra Front, formally known as Jabhat Fateh al-Sham.
Israeli officials said they were looking at the possibility of assisting Hader, whose residents have Druze kinsman lobbying on their behalf in Israel.
Hundreds of Druze from the Golan in Israel protested the violence in Khadr; a few dozen attempted to cross the border illegally to reach the village.

At least six people were killed and 21 others wounded on Friday when a suicide bombing hit the southern countryside of Quneitra, state news agency SANA reported.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated from London that Israel will continue to "guard our borders and to cherish our sympathy toward our Druze brothers".
