In an interview with Fox News' Brit Hume last week, former House speaker John Boehner said the next Supreme Court nominee should be the No. 1 priority for voters.
"This is the strongest argument I can make" for Pat Toomey's re-election, McCain said, and that is "so we can make sure there is not three places on the United States Supreme Court that will change this country for decades".

After refusing to fulfill their duties and obstructing the sitting president's Supreme Court nominee for almost a year, it seems that Republicans are getting ready to say that Clinton won't be allowed to fill the vacancy even if she does win in November.
