Apple has officially announced the long-awaited iPhone 7 launch for 7 September with its latest media invite being rolled out on 29 August.
Finally, it's coming. After speculations of months, leaks and so many rumours, the launched date of iPhone 7 is finally announced. "Please join us for an invitation-only event at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on Wednesday, September 7, at 10:00 a.m".
According to consensus from Apple enthusiasts, the iPhone 7 is likely to new features such as it being water resistant and doing away with the headphone jack altogether for wireless music.
Packers get 4th down stop to preserve win
The score would give the Packers the lead with just 20 seconds left of a see-saw first half that saw the lead change four times. On the first play of the Jaguars' third offensive series , Bortles faked a handoff and dumped off a screen pass to Lewis.
Beyond new iPhones and wearables, Apple could also address the smart-home landscape: the launch of a dedicated Home app in iOS 10 means a bigger push for HomeKit-connected appliances and home accessories. Considering the timing and pattern we are most definitely expecting the iPhone 7 and its iterations. There has been a furore over the past year about rumours of Apple possibly removing the headphone jack from its next flagship phone. While it may disappoint some people, Apple may actually upgrade the iPhone display resolutions next year, when it is expected to shift from LCD panels to OLED panels.
The new iPhone is expected to keep the iPhone 6 design cues, but not much is expected to change.
Forbes has also predicted that the base 16GB model will be scrapped and the new entry-level model will be a 32GB one with prices being $100 cheaper. It sounds like Apple is now ready to give it an upgrade, with reports suggesting that new models will keep the same design but add in faster internals and Global Positioning System, which would be handy for running. The Cupertino company could introduce upgraded versions of the first Apple Watch with internal upgrades and faster processors. A new macOS Sierra update is also on the cards sometime later this year in October or November.
